Curated ready-to-ship hampers are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Personalised or build-your-own boxes take 3-5 business days to assemble, and custom-branded printing runs typically require 5-7 business days after artwork approval.

Yes. We deliver countrywide across Kenya, with same-day or next-day delivery within Nairobi and 2-4 business days to counties such as Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret. For worldwide orders we ship via trusted couriers (DHL/FedEx), reaching most destinations in 5-10 business days with full tracking.

Nairobi deliveries start from KES 300, upcountry deliveries from KES 600 depending on location and box size, and international rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Every order ships with a tracking link sent via SMS and email so you can follow it door to door.

Absolutely. Every hamper includes a complimentary handwritten gift card, and you can add engraved or printed names, monograms and custom colours to select items. Just enter your details at checkout or share them with your concierge, and we will preview the personalisation before production.

We offer full logo branding including screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, UV and full-colour digital print on items such as mugs, notebooks, apparel, drinkware and packaging. We also produce fully branded custom boxes, ribbons and belly bands so every gift arrives in your corporate identity.

Our minimum for corporate branded gifting is 10 units per design, with the best value unlocked at 50+ units. Larger campaigns of 100, 500 or 1,000+ boxes receive tiered volume discounts, dedicated account management and warehousing for phased dispatch.

Yes, this is one of our specialities. Share a recipient spreadsheet and we will handle individual kitting, personalised cards and direct-to-door delivery to every staff member or client, whether in one office or scattered across Kenya and abroad. We can also stagger dispatch to match your event or onboarding calendar.

We accept M-Pesa (Paybill and Send Money), Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and bank transfer / RTGS for larger corporate invoices. International customers can pay securely by card in KES at checkout.

For corporate orders we typically require a 50% deposit to begin production with the balance due before dispatch, and we issue full VAT and ETIMS-compliant invoices for your records. Established repeat clients may qualify for approved credit terms via a signed LPO.
